My grandmother spent a little over 6 months at Worplesdon view, in that time a physiotherapist was promised 'daily' but no consultation was made over the first three months; her antique watch was stolen, with no investigation for 10 weeks; we were promised she would be helped to dine in the dining room daily - she did not do so once. In short: they are high on promises and low on delivery... at 3k a week! I wouldn't wish this for anyone.
