- Terry Osbourne Review added: 2018.10.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad service. Brand new bike, booked in for 600 miles run in service. The bike was collected on Friday morning and the service should only take 30 minutes tops, arranged a week in advance. At 5pm, was told that they had not even started and that the service will only take place on Monday. I use the bike to travel to work every day, so this is a massive inconvenience. Not impressed with the service.
