- ABC User Review added: 2018.02.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a 1pm appointment booked for a test drive. Found the dealership very miss managed reception desk wasn't clearly visible when walking in especially as no one was on reception to assist. Took 15 minutes before being greeted by a sales representative (not my original contact) found the sales representative pushy, rude and un-informed of my appointment details. Didn't have a car ready to be test driven. Informed the sales representative we had another appointment in 45 minutes. Spent a further 30 minutes waiting for a test drive to be arranged by which point it was too late as we had another appointment to get to. In the end didn't get to test drive the car and left the dealership feeling very let down by the service and will not be returning to purchase car from there.
